Prenatal Plus Package

This package includes support navigating all the options and information leading up to birth but does not include in person birth support.

• Phone, e-mail, and text support during business hours from the time you hire me till 6 weeks postpartum. (See virtual birth package for phone support during labour.)

• Three prenatal visits (2 hrs each) where we can discuss prenatal topics including but not limited too:

  -      fears, concerns, hopes, and desires for your upcoming birth

  -      stages of labour and how to prepare for each

  -      pharmaceutical and natural pain management.  

  -      partner coaching, counterpressure and pelvic dynamics.

  -      postpartum plan and breastfeeding

• Assistance in creating a Birth Wishes plan and packing a hospital bag and how best to communicate with your birth team.

• You will get access to my lending library, referrals to community resources, and evidenced based information.

• One, 1 hour, postpartum visit to review your birth experiences, answer any questions or concerns and connect you with community resources if desired.

Birth Package

The package is the ultimate support package no need to say more.

• Phone, e-mail, and text support during business hours from the time you hire me till 38 weeks then transitioning to 24/7 on-call support till baby is born.

• Two prenatal visits (2 hrs each) where we can discuss prenatal topics including but not limited too:

  -   fears, concerns, hopes, and desires for your upcoming birth

  -    stages of labour and how to prepare for each

  -    pharmaceutical and natural pain management  

  -    partner coaching, counterpressure and pelvic dynamics

  -    postpartum plan and breastfeeding

• Assistance in creating a Birth Wishes plan and packing a hospital bag and how best to communicate with your birth team.

• You will get access to my lending library, referrals to community resources, and evidenced based information.

• Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your partner during active labour at your home, or the hospital until baby arrives.

• Immediate postpartum support with assistance for first breastfeeding if desired.

Virtual Birth Package

Birth support has changed and adapted to meet all different challenges and circumstances throughout the ages. With the advancement of technology you can take your doula with you anywhere! Both above packages can be adapted for virtual support via text, phone and video chat. This package can be set up for each individuals specific situation and we can discuss what you would like to include and the investment amount will vary.
